Module 3: Kick with a board and do strokes
Goal: being able to do strokes and breath to both sides comfortably
Note: at this point, breath 5-10 times after each lap until freestyle is fully learned
- How to use arms
- Six kicks + stroke + breath / repeat with another arm
- 4 laps with correct technique
